Organic Preserves and Potatoes

Huntly Herbs is a family business based on our Aberdeenshire farm. We make a range of organic preserves, many of which use herbs, fruit and vegetables which we grow ourselves. We also grow a wide range of potatoes including heritage varieties. Huntly Herbs is fully certified as an organic producer and processor by the Soil Association.
We make a selection of jams, jellies, chutneys and sauces, some of which are based on traditional recipes and others we have developed ourselves. Everything is hand cooked in small batches to preserve as much flavour as possible.
Potatoes

As tattie enthusiasts, we grow a range of traditional, modern and unusual potatoes. Some are heritage varieties that were all but forgotten, their flavour makes them well worth reviving. There are various colours, flavours, textures and shapes - something to suit most tastes.
